Candidates who have worked on BSCS version 6 onwards (version iX is an advantage), either on implementations or migrations or operations. The candidate should have genuine experience on Telecom billing systems of more than 2-6 years. Must have good communication skills and readiness for Travel (Domestic/International)

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 yrs of experience in BSCS Billing Systems.   Willing to travel across the world without any apprehension about the region or period of travel.

-Production support activities.

-Migration Support from Arbor 10.1 to Kenan Fx 11.7

-Kenan Fx Testing Support

-Kenan Fx Configuration

-Supporting bill run issues

-Vendor coordination

-Providing solutions for problems raised in production.

-Handle batch processes like Kenan COM, MCAP, CAP and BIP, MIU.

-Supporting Kenan BP modules usage processing, Invoice generation, Payments module.

-Supporting Inventory related issues.
