Background:
We were operating BSCS Billing system for couple of years with constant problems, from system crashes, delayed bill runs, and many errors on the bills. This was tying up too many of our resources and ultimately resulted in customer dissatisfaction and cost escalations. This was the situation when I agreed with Knot, to come in and analyze our system and propose a course of action.
Performance:
In the beginning they appeared to be very cooperative, understanding, methodical and overall very professional. I was reluctant to believe that such level of expertise and cooperation was going to last, or that we were going to actually resolve our numerous issues. Soon I was stand to be corrected! Not only they completed all that was agreed, and in the time frame specified, but throughout the 4 month process, Knot was there with us all the way. They would always take my calls and support us to handle critical challenges faced in operations.
Conclusion:
From my perspective, I can sleep easier at night knowing that Knot will take care of any and all issues that may arise, due to their courteous and professional team lead by very knowledgeable and mature managers. As a result to our full and complete satisfaction, we singed them on as our permanent support group to look after our BSCS Billing system.
